HAIR APPOINTMENTS & Permanent Makeup Appointments
Please be sure to read all policies for hair or permanent makeup before booking an appointment. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! Please give me 48 hours/ 2 business days to get back to you.
Cancellations/late arrivals
Please allow 48 hours for cancelled appointments. This will allow me to fill in your time slot. If adequate time is not provided, I reserve the right to charge 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.
I understand sometimes life happens, but if it happens too frequently, your appointment will not be re-booked without a new 50% retainer towards your service.
New clients that no-show will not be rebooked. New color clients/new pmu clients that do not pay the retainer in adequate time will forfeit their appointment. Multiple cancellations will not be rebooked.

Please be advised, after 10 minutes your appointment is considered a no show. I understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, I respectfully ask that you call or text to inform me if this ever occurs so I can do my best to accommodate you. Should you be late to your appointment, I may or may not be able to complete your appointment depending on what service it is.
retainer
New color clients: A $100 non refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. PMU clients: A $50 non refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. This is to ensure commitment and to minimize no-show appointments.
Your retainer will be going towards your color/pmu service. Please contact me to send a e-transfer or an invoice will be sent to you before your appointment is booked.
Please pay the retainer within 24 hours, otherwise your appointment will not be booked in.
If you do not show up for your appointment or provide 48 hours cancelled notice, or have too many unreasonable reschedules, your retainer will be forfeited and a future appointment will require another retainer.
Pricing
Haircut prices are listed on appointment page and is the starting price. Color services are charged by the hour. Price can vary depending on hair length time spent, and thickness of hair. Consultations are recommended.
Refunds
Hair - There will be no refunds on any service. Prior to any hair/chemical service, a consultation is mandatory. Ensure you are very clear during the consultation. I will never begin until we both are on the same page. It is your responsibility to tell me how you want your hair to look like. Be very honest during the consultation. The more I know, the better I can help you.

Eyebrows - There will be no refunds on any service. Prior to the procedure, I ask all clients to ensure they are happy with the mapping. I will never begin until you give me consent to start. It is your responsibility to tell me how you want your eyebrows to look like. Be very honest during the mapping stage.
Covid-19
Masks are optional. If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms, please do not hesitate to reschedule your appointment.

I have hand sanitizer for you to use or you may use the washroom to wash your hands before your appointment starts.
