Hair Aftercare

To help ensure the longevity of your fresh hair color:

• Be sure to use color safe shampoo and conditioner after you leave my chair.

• Wash in cool to cold water to close your hair cuticle so the color doesn't wash out.

​

• Use salon professional products. Ask me if you are unsure what to use.

​

• Come back to refresh color within 4-6 weeks.

​

• Use color toning shampoos/conditioners if you don't come back to refresh the toner as often. (Use once a week alternating with your regular color safe shampoo.)

​

• Don't wash your hair everyday.

​

To help ensure the integrity and length of your hair:

• Keep up with your regular haircuts/trims. (4-8 weeks.)

​

• Give yourself a treat and do a hair mask/masque. Be careful not to over repair the hair as it can dry out your hair. (Do a hydration or repair mask/masque.)

​

• Don't tie your hair up all the time. (Tension from elastic bands will cause breakage.)

​

• Be gentle when combing your wet hair to avoid breakage.
